Co-Founder
Having completed her Masters of Counselling Degree at Open University (OUM), Maureen is currently a Registered and Licensed Counsellor and also a certified career analyst as well as a certified Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner.
Maureen Ong comes with a wealth of experience and is a respected lawyer with nearly three decades practicing law as an Advocate and Solicitor in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Her vast experience in handling diverse court cases spans the laws of contract, tort, commercial and banking. She is a detailed-oriented, analytical professional with proven organisational and problem solving abilities. Maureen has built a reputation for going that extra mile with her clients providing them with sound business and strategic advice. She has authored several legal reference books for legal practitioners. She further widened her skill set as a HRDF Certified Trainer in legal and psychological areas, and conducted a recent training for Yayasan Health On World (YHOW) on Healthy Minds and Psychological First Aid. She pursued the path of certified mediator, having completed the Mediation Training Course and Family Mediation Course, both conducted by The Accord Group, Australia, for the Bar Council of Malaysia of which she is a member.

Michelle Ong
Co-Founder
Michelle Ong is a qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her career spans extensive experience in finance and systems within large corporate environments, where she developed both technical expertise and a strong foundation in organizational processes.
Beyond her professional achievements in finance, Michelle has consistently invested in the growth of others. She has trained and coached subordinates throughout her career, fostering skill development, confidence, and career progression. This passion for empowering individuals has become a defining element of her professional journey and underpins her work at Skedge Coaching & Training.
As Co-Founder, Michelle brings a results-driven yet holistic approach to human development. She combines her corporate background with her commitment to lifelong learning to design and deliver programs that translate complex knowledge into practical, actionable skills. Her focus is on equipping clients with the clarity, competence, and confidence needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced environment.
